INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free data flow, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection) (“GDPR”) we present the following information.
1. Administrator indication
The administrator of your personal data is the Militia Immaculatae Foundation, 04-886 Warsaw, ul. Garncarska 34 (hereinafter the “Foundation”). In matters related to the processing of personal data, please contact us at the email address: info@militia-immaculatae.org.
2. Objectives and legal basis for the processing of your personal data
The Foundation processes your personal data primarily to provide you with information related to the Foundation’s activities, and above all, to enrol you into and remain a member of the Militia Immaculate Traditional Observance and send information by e-mail (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (a) ) GDPR).
3. The obligation to provide personal data
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is related to joining the movement of Militia Immaculatae.
4. Information about the recipients of your personal data
In connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated in point 2, your personal data may be made available only to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that result from legal provisions and will not be made available to any other entities.
Periods of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed until you cancel your consent to such processing.
Profiling and automated decision making
Your personal data will not be used for profiling you or for automated decision-making in relation to you.
The rights of the person whose rights apply
The Foundation would like to assure you that all persons whose personal data is processed by the Foundation are entitled to appropriate rights resulting from the GDPR. Therefore, you have the following rights in particular:
- right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;
- right to request the rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete;
- right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”);
- right to request a restriction to the processing of personal data.
The right to withdraw a consent for processing of personal data
In the range that you gave consent for processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body
If you admit that the processing of your personal data by the Foundation violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
Transfer of personal data to entities outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or international organizations
The Foundation will not share your personal data with entities established outside the EEA.
